Entry # 5 local story respond

Hello my little kings and queens, today I am back with another post about education. Now before you get bored and decide to close me out, just give me a few minutes so that I can explain, so education I think is one thing that everyone agrees is a top priority in their lives. They want their kids and those around them to go to school and be better educated, how many times have you heard your parents or guardians say that they want you to have a better life than them? I know that I have personally heard this when I was enrolled in an online school and I was getting distracted and wasn't able to keep up with the responsibility of working from home, we would argue and eventually she would always say that she wanted my life to be better than hers and that I need to focus on school so that I am better educated and don't have to worry about anything. An article that I read recently reminded me of this, in the article it is almost a blog entry from Arizona's mayor Doug Ducey, and he is telling everyone about how he is backing up a new community-led statewide effort called Achieve60AZ. In this effort he wants Arizonians to make an effort to try and go back to school and hopefully by 2030, at least 60% of the people in Arizona will have a bachelors degree or something other than just a high school diploma. He goes on to back up his effort by saying that if we are able to reach this goal then in Arizona we will be able to get better tax returns, have higher wages, there will be less poverty, and there will be more jobs available to people. Now I don't know about you guys but to me, that sounds really good, because personally I do want to be able to live in a place that wherever I go I don't see people struggling and turning to all these extra measures just to be able to make it through, I would be ecstatic to see people happy and going about their lives, just being better comfortable with where they are at in their lives.
