Entry # 9 Convenience Struggles (link below)
If you were low on milk or missing some batteries for your remote, would you want to be able to just run into the store down the street from you, grab what you need and leave? No interactions, just in and out without having to go searching the whole store for it, or go to multiple stores just to get those few things. What would you say if you were in a lyft and your phone comes up with a notification with the words "Taco Mode?" Before I explain this farther just think about it, what would you think? what would you say if you were with friends, would you show it to them or just decline right away? Well Taco Bell and lyft have come up with this idea that's in the beginning stages right now, and only in California, but between the hours of 9pm and 2am if you are driving with lyft then you get the option to drive in "taco mode" or just stop by a taco bell along the way to your destination. What do you think of this feature? They are saying that Americans are all about convenience for everything, mainly for food, or just having to run to the store for something, but whatever it is we just want it to be as convenient as possible so that we don't have to spend to much time and search for it. Would you ever use this feature if you were riding in a lyft and it popped up?
